Delivery: Call to inquire for worldwide shipping. Most items will leave the storefront and/or warehouse within 5 business days.

Returns: 10-day returns on standard purchases, 3-day returns on promotional items. Items must arrive in original condition with tags attached. Return freight and insurance are the customer's responsibility, and refunds exclude outbound shipping and handling.

Payment: Checkout online with all major cards, or call (303) 744-2222 to pay by phone. Checks are welcome, and we ship once funds clear. Trade clients may request approval purchases with two-way logistics arranged.

*Every rug is one-of-a-kind and are sold online and in our physical showroom. We update our listings daily, but in the rare case a rug is sold in-store before your online purchase is processed, you will be fully refunded.

• Vacuum with the beater bar off and always in the direction of the pile.
• Rotate the rug 180° every 6 months for even wear and sun-fade balance.
• Blot spills immediately with a white cloth. Never rub.
• Use a breathable rug pad to protect both rug and floor.

Pricing and Availability: We do our best to insure the accuracy of prices, however prices are subject to change without notice. We update our website daily, however we cannot guarantee all items are available from the online catalog at the time of your request.

Holds: We will hold any item with no obligation for three business days.

On Approval: To assist in your selections we allow most items to be taken on approval for up to three business days with the guaranty of a check or credit card. If items are not returned within this time period, unless other arrangements are made, we will consider the items to be sold and deposit the funds.

Condition Reports: Due to our large volume of inventory we do not list condition reports online or on our price tags but we are pleased to provide upon request a detailed condition report outlining restorations, additions or damage.

Restoration: Where possible we try to maintain our antiques in their original condition and limit restoration to cleaning and waxing. Further restoration or custom modifications are at the discretion of the client. We can assist you with making an informed decision and provide a list of names of restorers. Please note that these restorers are not employed by Azari Rug Gallery and we cannot be held accountable for work that they do.

Shipping and Delivery: We ship nationwide. Our items are shipped with delivery companies experienced in the handling of antiques. Smaller items are packed in our showroom by our trained employees. Shipping fees vary depending on the value and size of the item shipped and the final destination. Please contact us for a shipping rate quote. All items are fully insured by the shipper while in transit.

Returns and Exchanges: Purchased items may be returned in identical condition for a full refund or exchange (less any shipping charges) within 30-days. Please contact us to start the return/exchange process. Please note that items that have been restored or customized at your request are not returnable.
