Delivery: Call to inquire for worldwide shipping. Most items will leave the storefront and/or warehouse within 5 business days.
Returns: 10-day returns on standard purchases, 3-day returns on promotional items. Items must arrive in original condition with tags attached. Return freight and insurance are the customer's responsibility, and refunds exclude outbound shipping and handling.
Payment: Checkout online with all major cards, or call (303) 744-2222 to pay by phone. Checks are welcome, and we ship once funds clear. Trade clients may request approval purchases with two-way logistics arranged.
*Every rug is one-of-a-kind and are sold online and in our physical showroom. We update our listings daily, but in the rare case a rug is sold in-store before your online purchase is processed, you will be fully refunded.
